Fix Downloads Folder slow to load

In the solution, i have few steps for you to follow which are quite easy to do.
Here are the steps:

1 - Open Your PC(my computer) or press (windows button + E) to open

2 - Right click on Downloads

3 - Select properties 

4 - Select Customise

5 - Look for the label "Optimize this folder for:" (can be see in the above picture)

6 - From the drop down list select "General Items"

7 - Click OK, you are good to go
